Kaktus bedet.

Meget er muligt at dyrke i sin have, selv kaktusser. De kan gro der hele året og kræver ikke nogen særlig pasning, udover atholde bedet rent for ukrudt. Gødning et par gange årligt. Bedet skal være drænet særdeles godt, jeg har plantet dem i det rene grove sand. Det første år var der ikke nogen blomster i Opuntiaen (figenkaktus)

             De kaktusser jeg har i mit bed kan tåle ned til ca. 20gr. frost, da de gror,helt op i det nordlige USA.

                  Er der nogen der forsøger sig med Opuntia, så pas på, for deres torne er ikke at spøge med.
